Every year, we write a recap for our customers and partners to let you know what we’ve been up to for the past twelve months. While our 2020 recap looked a little different from other years, we entered 2021 well-positioned to continue our growth, which we certainly did as we recorded yet another record year of revenue!
Here are some of our highlights from 2021:
We entered into a deeper partnership with Sage
We’re excited to announce that we have entered into an agreement with Sage that will strengthen the partnership and make it a more seamless experience for Sage Intacct users to automate their inventory. Watch for more details on this partnership later this month!
Events were back!
While our 2020 presence at events was primarily limited to virtual conferences, Q4 2021 saw the return of in-person conferences.
Sage Transform
We dusted off the trade show booth and headed to Las Vegas in October for the inaugural Sage Transform event. In addition to reconnecting with the community in person on the trade show floor, we presented a session called “Don’t Let Your Inventory Control You!” (available to registered attendees from the Sage Transform portal) and earned a mention in the general keynote for our new deeper partnership with Sage (more on that later).
ITA Fall Collaborative
We also attended the IT Alliance (ITA) Fall Collaborative in Savannah, GA in early December. Our own Steve Showalter was invited to participate in a panel of experts (alongside Sage’s Nancy Teixeira, SWK’s Carla Brown, DSD’s Moira Goggin, and Bill Gaustad with SPS Commerce) who shared their experience in a session called “Effective and Collaborative Partnership in the Modern Age.”
We continued to innovate
New functionality we completed in 2021 included major advances in our Manufacturing solution in the form of Make To Order, Labor Tracking & Labor Management Console, and more. Other innovations included extended Pallet Tracking functionality, enhanced Dashboards, and completion of our offering for Sage Intacct Construction Edition.
We did all of this while continuing to uphold our mission to maintain compatibility with all the technologies our customers use, whether it be their Sage ERP, their hardware, or other operating environments such as Android, iOS, and Windows.
We also adopted a current market trend by offering a SaaS model (Subscription as a Service) for customers who prefer to minimize up-front capital expenditures. Our customers have a choice of perpetual licenses or subscriptions.
We celebrated milestones and metrics with our growing team
In 2021, we reflected back on 15 years in business as we celebrated this milestone anniversary.
Bryan Berry joined our team bringing a wealth of experience in warehouse management technology that he uses to help our customers and partners solve warehouse pains. Meanwhile, Tim James was promoted to Operations Manager where he is helping us manage our internal processes and systems as we transition and scale through our company’s growth.
Our focus on customer service and satisfaction continues to be the cornerstone of our company. We track our Net Promoter Score closely and are atop all industries, and leaps and bounds above the software industry, something we’re extremely proud of!
Looking Forward
As we enter the new year, we want to thank all our partners and customers for your support and trust. We look forward to continuing to help you achieve your technology goals in 2022 and beyond!
