We’re pleased to announce that Tim James has taken the role of ScanForce Operations Manager.
After four years as an Account Manager helping our partners solve warehouse efficiency issues, Tim has moved to his new role, where he will assist with streamlining our own internal operations in line with our mission to provide world-class service to our customers and partners.
In 2017 ScanForce acquired Z-Space Technologies, Inc. and along with that acquisition, we gained Tim. Tim not only brought with him 15 years of account management, but also an extensive background in operations. His accounting background combined with his experience with our products and our market makes him the perfect person for the role. In a nutshell, efficiency is something he’s passionate about!

Some of Tim’s initiatives include streamlining reporting and workflows in the new CRM and ticketing systems we recently implemented, identifying opportunities to eliminate duplicate efforts across departments, budgeting and financial planning, and in general finding ways to make the business run more smoothly and efficiently so that we can better serve our partners and customers.
Tim has built strong partnerships with our resellers over the past four years, and he will be working closely with our Sales Consultant Bryan Berry to make sure the transition is seamless to our prospects and partners as Bryan takes over Tim’s accounts.
