Track picked and staged orders in Sage 100 with real-time item and quantity validation, even across multiple users.

Sage 100 does not allow for a status of an order to show as ‘picked’, but not invoiced. ScanForce provides this feature with ScanForce Sales Order Picking.

The program validates items and quantities based on data from Sage Sales Orders, providing instant data verification at the mobile device in the warehouse. In SF WMS Advanced, a Developer Field is provided in SO Entry for “Quantity Picked”. The SF mobile programs write back to that field giving the data related to the items that have been picked. An order can be picked or staged over time by more than one user. SF WMS Premium moves items out of the initial bin into a ‘staging’ bin location. The program writes back to SO Entry to change the allocated bin so the ‘staging’ bin. NOTE: ScanForce Dashboards are updated with order status as well.
