We are proud to announce our new release of ScanForce for Sage 100 2022 just two weeks after Sage’s official release on April 18th, 2022. The following core ScanForce modules are now available for version 2022:
• WMS Fundamentals, Advanced, Premium with Multi-Bin
• Manufacturing Automation, including Bill of Materials and Production Management
• Mobile Sales
• Label Printing Automation
The 2022 release for Sage 100 is of historical importance. Many members of the Sage community have been eagerly awaiting this release, which finally marks Sage’s full support for the Production Management module, the successor to the Work Order module.
Back in 2019, when Sage first released Production Management, ScanForce was first to market with a fully functioning barcode solution including integration with DSD/ScanForce Multi-Bin. For those of you that missed it feel free to check out: Sage Production Management: What Does it Mean for ScanForce? ScanForce will continue to sell and support our manufacturing solutions for versions 2019-2021, as well as legacy Work Order Automation.
Now that Sage has officially assumed ownership of the Production Management product code from the original developers, the sky’s the limit for additional features. The ScanForce Manufacturing Suite has continued to grow since the release of Production Management, and the latest upgrade provides a more stable platform to expand and continue that growth.
For this release, Sage made some critical changes to the Production Management module, many of them behind the scenes to improve stability and standardization. This meant that there was a lot of work to do before we were ready to release our Production Management Automation for 2022.
