ScanForce 2023 Year in Review
As we enter into the new year and look forward to new initiatives, we thought we’d take a moment to reflect on highlights from 2023. From events to innovations, here’s what we’ve been up to these past 12 months.
Events
March 2023 – 90 Minds Meeting of the Minds in Newport Beach, CA.

May 2023 – Sage Partner Summit in Las Vegas, NV.
November, 2023 – Information Technology Alliance (ITA) Fall Collaborative in St. Petersburg, FL.
December 2023 – Sage 2024 UKI Partner Kickoff
Steve Showalter and Dan Rodriguez traveled across the pond to the Sage 2024 UKI Partner Kickoff Event. They spoke about our role as a Strategic Partner for the Sage channel.
We’re excited to work with partners in the UK and beyond. Our team looks forward to helping Sage users streamline inventory management with Sage Intacct Inventory Automation powered by ScanForce.

New Team Members
Our family grew in 2022 and 2023 with the addition of the following Team members:

In the fall, we brought the team together for a visit with our client, International Cruise Food & Hotel Suppliers. We then spent several days on training and team-building.
We expect to continue to grow our team in 2024!
Innovations
Our US-based, in-house development team had a very prolific year. In addition to ensuring that our Sage 100 and Sage Intacct offerings were compatible with the latest versions Sage published, we also published the following new solutions to enhance our core offerings:
Multi-layered Lot and Serial Tracking (Inbound Supplemental Tracking) – This process is ideal for tracking individual items for regulatory and traceability requirements without using the serial or lot valuation methods in Sage 100.
Mobile Ship Integration – If your operation uses StarShip’s Cloud version, it’s time to streamline your order fulfillment processes with a full supply chain solution. ScanForce’s Mobile Ship integration works seamlessly with your Sage 100 and StarShip software to make shipping even more efficient.
User Order Assignment – User Order Assignment for Sage 100 filters and assigns orders to specific scanner users. Prioritized orders show at the top of the user’s order list. Supervisors can also configure lists to display unassigned orders.
Inbound and Outbound Image Capture – Take quality pictures with the scanner’s built-in camera during PO receiving and sales order picking & shipping processes in ScanForce. Image Capture for Sage 100 lets you ensure efficient document management and image verification. Users of DSD Business Systems’ InstaDocs can also use InstaDocs to make images available within Sage for complete visibility across your organization.
Looking Forward
We’ve completed our first full year powering Sage Intacct Inventory Automation, where we’ve seen incredible adoption among the Sage Intacct community. We have several major initiatives that will further enhance our relationship with Sage. Stay tuned for more details soon.
